Account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of eligible account-backed Lunexa Messages data. Local SMS data and files remain under your device or storage control.
Send an email to support@lunexamessages.com with the subject "Lunexa Messages account deletion request" and include the email address or account identifier used in the app, if you used an account-backed feature.
Eligible account profile records, support-linked identifiers, and cloud or backup metadata associated with the verified request are deleted where they exist.
SMS messages, local backups, exports, and files saved on your device or in storage locations you control must be deleted by you from those locations.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, fraud prevention, purchase reconciliation, security, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Deletion requests are reviewed after verification and are normally processed within 30 days unless applicable law or platform policy requires a different timeline.
