Default SMS role

To fully function, the app may need to be set as your device's default SMS application. This is required by Android to send and receive SMS messages.

Messaging disclaimer

Lunexa Labs does not guarantee delivery, timing, or successful transmission of messages.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying important messages.
• You are responsible for protecting exported or backed-up data.
• You must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding SMS usage and data handling.

Permissions and platform dependencies

The app requires certain Android permissions, including SMS access, to function. If permissions are denied or revoked, some features may not work properly.

Behavior may vary depending on device manufacturer, Android version, battery optimization settings, and system restrictions.

Backup, export, and third-party services

Backup and export features are tools to help you manage your data. They depend on device storage, permissions, and system behavior.

Optional integrations such as Google Drive are controlled by you and are subject to the third party's terms and policies.

Premium features

Some features may require a one-time purchase to unlock. Future versions may introduce optional subscription features.

Lifetime purchases apply only to local, device-based features available at the time of purchase.

Prohibited use

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunexa Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, messages, backups, or business interruption.

This includes issues caused by network failures, device behavior, permissions, system restrictions, or user actions.
